Kate’s journey into the business community is one of passion, service, and connection. Her background has equipped her with strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a heartfelt commitment to serving clients and their families. Born and raised on the Island of Venice, Kate now lives in Sarasota County with her husband, a Certified Public Accountant, their two boys, and their niece and nephew. With a father who is a licensed general contractor, homes have always been at the heart of her life. She spent her younger years helping on job sites and developed a keen eye for spotting potential in properties needing a little TLC.

Over the past decade, Kate has served the community in a range of leadership roles, all tied together by a single thread: helping people thrive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s in Educational Leadership from USF and began her career as a teacher before moving into school administration. She served as an assistant principal at Pine View School for the Gifted, Sarasota Middle, and Woodland Middle, where she built strong relationships with students, parents, teachers, and local partners.

As life evolved, so did her calling. Kate transitioned her passion for service into the world of real estate and home staging, driven by a desire to make the home-selling process smoother and more successful for families. Her client-first approach focuses on clear communication, trust, transparency, and data-driven strategy.

With her background in leadership, Kate values collaboration at the core of her business. She does not view herself as a competitor to fellow Realtors, but as a trusted partner who enhances the team’s efforts. Her goal is to be a seamless, professional, and resourceful extension of any real estate team—someone who brings added value through strategic staging, thoughtful communication, and shared commitment to client success.
